Help and Info Needed !

Thank you for coming to this page!
It's been only one year since I became a fan of Mr. Barry Bostwick. It's "The Rocky Horror Picture Show"(which I saw for the second time) that made me his fan -- no special story. ( I had seen him in "Movie Movie" and "RHPS" before, but don't remember well...maybe I was too young.)
Then I started to search and collect his works (he's almost unknown in this country I live...). He is a "the more I know him, the more I like him" kind of actor and I've been totally hooked! But alas, there's no official website or fan site, --- many RHPS-related sites mention him but almost always as "Brad" and not enough to give an overview of his career... there's even a site that made me angry referring to him as "he lost his career after RHPS."(... ! that is one of the reasons why I decided to make his fan site.)
Although the main reason to create this is my self-indulgence, I'll be very glad if visitors like the site. But I can get only very limited information about him to make this site good since I live in a non English speaking country and have never lived in an English speaking country.
So, may I ask you a favour ... ?

- Have you seen his stage?
- Do you have any info (review, photo etc.) about his "Pirates of Penzance"?
- Have you seen or do you have tapes of (one of) those movies and shows I don't have?
- Do you know anything about his recording for Capitol Records?
- Do you know if he has been to Japan or not?
- Do you know something about his career that is not or insufficiently informed on this site?

If yes, I'll be more than happy if you'd kindly share your info, reviews or impressions !!

Other than that, if you find some mistake or violation, or if you liked this site and have comments or suggestions to tell me, please contact me at " isoltob@yahoo.co.jp ", or through Guestbook. You can write in Japanese, English and/or French. Thank you.

My dreams (which will never come true... )

If I were a billionaire, I would produce his own album, restage "Nick and Nora" (with Mr. Bostwick as Nick, of course!), and revive/release/promote "Road Movie" all over the world.

If I had a time machine, I would go to see all of his stage performances, and sneak in rehearsals of "A Chorus Line" to see him acting and dancing Zach. I really want to see him *dancing* seriously (I mean, him doing difficult steps and movements without singing), even on videotapes or DVD!!

and a Dream that might come true ... @

I'd like to go to New York to do reserch on Mr. Bostwick's career (particularly his On and Off-Broadway works) in the New York Public Library and in Greenwich Village when if I can recover from an illness... I've bought a guidebook anyway.

How should I call him?

This may sound silly or ridiculous, but as grown up in an Asian country where respect and politeness for elder people are highly regarded, I can't call him "Barry" ( which is his real name, and I admire him too much to call him like that).
But "Mr. Bostwick" or "Barry Bostwick" is a bit lengthy, especially when there is not enough space on a web page ... So how should I call him...? I mean, only on this site, of course.
Any suggestion ... ? ..... SOLVED !
I shall keep calling him "Mr. Bostwick." :-)

About me

I'm a working woman who lives (has been living all my life) in a small island in Asia (specifically, Japan) and call myself "isolt" here.
I started creating this site in the beginning of Feburuary 2007, with an aim to open on the 24th - Mr. Bostwick's birthday! But my lack of HTML skill (I'm a first-time webmaster) and my poor health ( 3 years of hectic work and moral harassment at Sxxx Corporation have totally ruined my health!) didn't allow me to do it. I somehow opened this site with about a month delay but there's still a lot to do... Well, anyway I'm updating and expanding the site as far as I can, though bit by bit. .

Thank you so much again for visiting !
